Our missions is to assist teenagers and young adults in finding gainful employment and teaching them job skills that will last a lifetime.  In addition,  they will receive hands on experience as they work in multiple industries for multiple companies.  Even so, these teenagers and young adults will  impact their communities by networking with other teenagers and young adults to assist each other with find jobs and advancing in life.     

Our vision, is to make sure teenagers and young adults are working in great jobs in companies and organizations.  Also, Teens Helping Teens Find Employment will focus on finding great jobs, great companies, and great organizations, and our company will also focus on up to date training and higher education for the teenagers and young adults.       

Our purpose, is to empower and employ teenagers and young adults to make a positive impact in their lives and in the community.  Therefore, we will empower them to be strong and confident, so they can adapt and cope in any working environment in a professional manner.  This will be done by utilizing hands on training in work places and training sessions  given by Teens Helping Teens Find Employment.  Also, totally free training will be  available at Teen Helping Teens Find Employment meeting sites and sessions by networking with colleges, universities, banks,  companies, and organizations.            

At Teens Helping Teens Find Employment, we desire to help strengthen all communities.  Therefore, small teams of teenagers, young adults, and adults will be available to assist your company with 100% free volunteer services.  Even so, as a team, we will be available in two hour or four hour sessions to help your company with community events.  In fact, the teenagers, young adults, and adults that desire to volunteer will volunteer their time to help strength your company and at the same time have a great time learning and experiencing how to give back to the community to help others.
